Help! C Windows Shared file deleted. What now?

Help!
I deleted my C Windows Shared file. How can I replace it so I can download files?

Go to Start/My Computer/C:/click on file in the upper left hand side of the screen click on new then folder name it share point LimeWire to it.

There you made a new one now don't delete it.
