 runaway yes, the program is gone but the shortcut is still there. when i click on shortcut, it immediately starts searching for program. (doesn't find it). then asks if i want to delete shortcut. we recently went with (roadrunner 12-14-05) which does have AOL spyware. i didn't have a problem with any of this till i tried to install MSN instant messenger (got a quick cam 12-15-05). that's when it started with the firewalls. (i have to disable Norton as soon as i log on). then yesterday (12-23-05) the program was gone.   |
