I'm sure you get a lot of this, but I have this blue screen come up. I am not sure if it is the same as others get or not. I did have LW Pro, it ran great for a few months then this started, then I just updated and it worked for another month then did it again and all the time after that. I uninstalled and downloaded LW Basic, after about 30 minutes it does it again. I downloaded Beta, it does it again. Sometimes I do a restore point and go back to the week before when it was working, and LW works for a day or two then starts with the blue screen again. The blue screen pops up and everything closes, and the only way to get rid of it is pushing the power button. It tells me to uninstall any new hardware or software, but I haven't downloaded any new software or hardware. The only time this happens is when using LW. It tells me to disable BIOS Memory Options such as caching or shadowing, I don't know what this means or how to do it? It also says to contact manufactor and see if there are any window's updates I might need. So I went to LW's support and all they said was to dl the newest version, so I did. As soon as I open LW the blue screen comes on!! PLEASE HELP!!!

Have you been through all of LOTR's many links in post 2? If none of his or Grandpa's advice earlier in the thread helps, maybe you should go & visit Norbiesworld (link in post #4)
