![]() Suddenly LW won't initiate. I keep getting a error message saying Limewire has encountered a problem and has to shut down. With the popup is the option of sending a error report to Microsoft or not. I did and all it says is the software is corrupt and whoever puts it out doesn't provide Tech support for the problem. I reinstalled Lw and it still won't initiate for the same reason. I Don't have any viruses, spyware or trojans that might be causing this problem. I don't have a clue what happened. LW worked a few days ago and now it won't. The last time I used it was day before yesterday and when I exited, it would not work again. I only had it for a few days. The basic version. Any Ideas? |

![]() We've been getting the same error message for weeks now, although it hasn't been affecting performance (the message pops up when we are not using the program). We've been using LW for quite some time with no other problems... Yesterday we encountered a new problem, i.e. LW won't start - the tile at the bottom of the computer screen reads "Limewire: enabling open information sharing" but it just sits there and the program doesn't start. We've tried rebooting, uninstalling and re-installing (to version 4.10) to no avail. Any help out there? |
