Codec Error

I have done much searching but cant find the info i need.. there are many videos online where when i try to watch them is says connecting to codec followed by codec error and then it says windoz media player cannot play file.. can anyone help out or tell me what is wrong plz

any help would be VERY much appreciated TY in advance

WMP needs to have the codecs installed to be able to play these files they are free downloads.....Or simply download the VLC media player it's also free and has all the codecs already built in, it's highly recommended by LW users......;)
