I've Downloaded & Installed Limewire But It Will Not Work!
 

Okay, I just downloaded Limewire, and I installed it, and it'll not load up... I've had it once on my computer but, I had to uninstall it, and this is a brand new computer! I got it on the 21st of December of 2005, here is what it looks like when I try to open limewire

And thats it, nothing will load at all, and it just stays there! Nothing will happen when I open up Windows Task Manager, iit does not show that Limewire is open, and just to get rid of that limwire thing I have to restart my computer.

Does anyone know how I can get Limewire to get to work?

May I recommend you uninstall your Java using the Add/Remove programs control panel. Then reinstall Java 1.5 using the "Offline" installer. Also delete your LW preferences as in step #3 here (also use Java link from here): Fixes for Limewire
