Media playback problem
 

Whenever I am using limewire any videos or music files I play (have tried Winamp, WMP and VLC) have annoying pauses every few minutes. Limewire isn't using a significant portion of my CPU so I don't think it's that. This isn't a codec problem, the same files work fine when limewire isn't open and and I've been using limewire for a while and I don't recall encountering this problem before a few weeks ago. I've tried changing players and adjusting the CPU priority on limewire and the player, I can't think of anything else to try.
