Opening Problem

I've checked the forum for other similar problems, but nothing quiet like mine. Nothing pops up, it worked fine before, but it suddenly just stopped working. I'll click on the icon and the mouse cursor will say its loading, but nothing pops up. I've tried uninstalling it and reinstallin git, but it still dosen't work. Please help me.
