help me please limewire having probs installing again
 

can anyone help me i had limewire for good few months and it started poping up a few weeks ago during games so i uninstalled it but b4 doing so i transfered files to media player. next day getting blue box saying limewire bugs corrupt have checked everything limewire not showing anywere on system. tryed to install it again and now saying already installed corrupt files tryed this several times now getting really ****** off can anyone help

If LW was popping up then most likely you had a virus. See LimeWire continually Popping up & also Opening at System Startup (click on link) & I'd recommend getting Norbie to check your computer over. See NorbiesWorld (click on link)

After that it would be best to reinstall LW.

The LW popping up thing is usually due to a virus. You could still have it in your system. Have a look at this thread, point 4 deals with that problem. Do you have a good, up to date AV program & have you scanned your computer lately? Think you should;)

You should probably work this thing out before you try & reinstall LW. Within the thread is a link to NorbiesWorld, you can go there, register & he'll be able to help you out.

hi done nothing but scan used avast, adwares, also cleared all history cookies using coffee cup cleaner done file searches for limewire in all areas nothing when i try to install lw again goes so far error message by pass error message set up almost complete than abort install
need my tunes back cant cope with no tunes

Go & see Norbie. There's no point trying to install LW if your computer's sick. You'll just keep on having probs.

norbie not sent activation link so went hunting for somethin else found ewido anti malwear brought up 276,534 threats so think this just might b prob hope i can fix this as me and boyfriend been tryin 2 fix this for weeks still scanning takes ages will let u guys know how i get on
