Library configuration frustration Hi -- Using 4.10.9 Pro, I seem to have accidentally altered the way the library usually displays. I can't figure out how to change it back. Normally, the library window shows all the files in my shared library, the name, size, number of uploads, and other stuff. I clicked on a button and it went away. Now, in the upper pane, I see icons for my shared folders, but no list of my shared files. How can I make it display the usual list of shared files again? Thanks in advance. |
Which button did you press? And what were you trying to do when you pressed that button? If you pressed delete then bang .... you just deleted all your files. But this does warn you if you really want to delete the files so I'm sure you didn't press that button right? My guess is you've right-clicked the shared folder & chosed not to share. |
Thanks Lord, good try. I finally solved it this morning. In case this might help anyone else--The tiny sideways triangle buttons on the upper pane of the library window, the "shared files" pane, also at the top half of the window, on the right, and the two little tiny triangles that control the lower "playlist" pane interact in funny ways. NOT intuitively obvious. I clicked on some combination of these, I guess. I couldn't get the previous display back, though I messed around with them for some time. This morning I messed around with these buttons some more, while dragging the bouncaries of the panes. The old configuration finally came back. I hope this might be helpful to someone. |
