I have Roxio Easy CD Creator 5. I can download other songs from Winmx, but cannot from Limewire. During the burning process I get an error message and the disc gets stuck inside the burner. I have to restart to get it out. ANYONE HELP?

1. Go to the Roxio website & check for updates for your version. Easy CD Creator updates page (click on link)

2. Check for firmware updates for your burner.

3. Check that all songs play ok before burning.

4. Try not to burn from playlists. But burn directly by adding the songs directly to CD Creator.

5. Choose a low burn speed.

6. Choose a reliable CD brand or one known to work well with your burner hardware brand.

7. Make sure the speed specification of the CD-R's you're using are compatible with the CD burner you're using. (otherwise you may damage your burner!)
