Problem opening LimeWire. Help Please
 

Hello, About 4 days ago my LW began closing immediatly upon opening, occasionally i can see the program open then is closes immediatly - I reinstalled LW and the problem has not stopped, I reloaded all JAVA files and still it happens. Anyone experienced or familiar with how to fix this? Thanks!!

Are you running any spyware protection? Sometimes an antispyware program will recognise LW as a threat (even though it's not;) ) and refuse to let it open. If you do have such a pgm running, try adding LW to it's list of exceptions. Else, try turning it off altogether & then see if LW will stay open.
