Help!!!

I downloaded Limewire to get a few songs for a cd i was making. I use limewire frrequently but I recently got a game that needed more space on my computer. I tried to uninstall it and it worked fine. Well I thought it did, but now I can't get rid of The folders 'Limewire' or "Java". and error pops up that says

"Cannot delete Limewire.exe: access is Denied.
make sure the disk is not full or wirte-protected and that the file is currently not in use. "

Also a random box will pop up saying "Limewire was unable to load the Java Runtime Enviroment. please download and install a newer version form Java.com"

Plz help!!!!
