That's an old Norton bug. Go into the controls for Norton and completely delete
the rules for Limewire then allow access again when Norton pops up.

That didn't help me. I'm running Norton AV 2005. Norton keeps poping up. Everything was fine with Limewire 4.10. When I upgraded to Limewire 4.12.3 the trouble began.

You sure it's just Norton? I use BitDefender and did the same thing. But for some reason, I reinstalled LimeWire and the file just disappeared.
