Are you getting this message when you're playing the songs with something other than the LW player? Sounds like you might not have added the music files to your player's library properly.
Within LW tools > options > saving & you'll see the location of your saved folder. This is where you have to add songs from. If you go to your LW library, click on Saved Files then Explore, your saved folder will open - you can probably drag & drop to your music player's library!

If this isn't the problem, you'll have to give a bit more info.

What player are you using??
Did you try changing your default player???
Are the songs showing up in your LW library or your player's library????

I know I have Media Player on my PC, I am not sure how to change my default player b/c I am not sure how to access this saved folder outside of LW that you are talking about.

Yes, the songs are showing up in in my LW Library but, not in my WMP!

Go to your LW library. Click on Saved Files then Explore... your saved folder will open up for you. Or, within LW go tools > options > saving & this will show you the location of your saved folder (by default it's C:\Documents and Settings\your name\Shared). This is the folder that you have to add from when adding songs to the WMP library.

To add the songs to WMP library, open the WMP library, click on ADD (green +) > by searching computer > browse until you find your saved folder > ok > search. Now you'll see the songs being added to WMP.

Thank you very much Birdy, that worked for me. I just don't understand why they songs will not lauch for me in LW. MY friend had LW and he was able to do lauch the songs and preview them before the DL was finished...Wierd.

My PC is also telling me that I am having a problem w/my sound device. That is may not be installed or inuse in another program or it's just not functioning properly... I have the sepakers connected to the hard drive so now I am not sure what is happening...any suggestions...Thanks again

I don't know why your songs wouldn't launch in LW either! If you've made sure that WMP is your default player, disabled the LW player (just double check that it's disabled... tools > options > player) one thing you could try is making sure that WMP knows what file types it's supposed to associate with.

Within WMP go tools > options > file types. Make sure that all the formats you download (like mp3, wma or whatever you prefer to download) with LW are ticked > apply > ok.

Really sorry but I don't have a clue about sound device problems. Keep an eye on your thread here, someone else might know. If nobody's answered in a day or so, bump the thread. Or try looking on Google... you never know, there might be some good info to help
