 umm... it jus wont...work i used limewire for about a year, and well 1 day iit jus wont open,.... i double click on the icon, a split second of the loading cursor (but no loading screen) and when i check my task manager, i see no limewire process...i tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and it still doesnt work, im using limewire basic if it matters  |

| Remove your old version of Java (add/remove programs) & reinstall JRE using the offline installer http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp Now reinstall LW using it's offline installer http://www.limewire.com/english/content/download.shtml If that doesn't fix it, try deleting the LW preferences folder (points 2 & 3 below) Fixes for LimeWire |
