I had the v. of Limewire I believe it was 4.10? But upgraded. Since then, I lost 2000 + song clips and want link to older version back. Could not find it on limewire page/sites. PLZ help... I am newbie and FREAKIN OUT:eek:

What do you mean you lost them. Did you download them into the LW program folder & then install the new version over the top? dear dear!!! That's not the program's fault.

Older versions are deliberately not made available because as the gnutella network develops, so does LW. So giving out old versions will be retrogressive for the network & all users. LW 4.10 had some faults.

this version also tends to pop up in front of other applications and freezes my PC and I am unable to finish my work and lose it all
