limiting upload speed

if i limit my upload speed will that prevent me from being an ultrapeer when i leave my limewire up when im gone:confused:

most likely, as being an UP requires upstream BW to 'talk' to other hosts...

i just want to nock it down 15percent so the uploads dont flucate and i can run searches time to time
