![]() Idiot here downloaded iTunes 7, and now it won't play any Limewire music. I uninstalled it, downloaded iTunes 6, but Apple left something that stops L/W music still. Does anyone know how to override the block? Limewire users....DON'T DOWNLOAD ITUNES 7 W/O READING A SUCCESSFUL ANSWER TO THIS QUESTION..... ![]() |

![]() I had done the repair option...no change. I didn't understand your second suggestion. How does one get to iTunes preferences if iTunes is closed? I did a "Start" button search for "iTunes Preferences" but nothing came up. What concerns me is something I read (I believe new with 7) in the help index about playing music. It had verbiage to the effect that if music was not purchased, iTunes will not play it. Is this true? How would one override it if it seems to remain in my computer even after I properly uninstalled 7? And thanks for that quick response earlier, Lord... ![]() |
