thank you! i was looking in the options menu not the view menu!
yes that option was checked although i didn't check it originally, so it must be a default feature? i unchecked it, but i'm a little uneasy....
what is it for anyway??
LW hasn't been loading on its own since yesterday, when i was prompted to start over and choose a folder to share (this was after i had deleted my short cut and another link to run on start up elsewhere in my program files) It then asked if i wanted to run on startup and i clicked NO
in any case it seems to be right now, and thank you all so much for the help!

Exclamation Omg

Never i repeat NEVER have any thing to do with norton anti-virus/ internet security i have a 90 day free trial and it is the worst ever anti-virus i have ever had i just used AVG which i had before and it picked up 361 threats on my pc and norton (which u pay for) didn't pick them up. now the threats have gone it has stoped happening Recomend avg 7.5 its free and 100% better and safer than Norton so be warned. it should be called Norton Virus software (anti my ***)

So, the next thing to do is untick MagnetMix and remove LWs short cut from the start-up folder.

I'm having the same problem as the user above who started this thread, but in my settings, that MagnetMix was already unchecked and its still persisting to open no matter what, is there anything I can do to stop it? all the virus scans posted above havent helped and i'm getting a little frustrated..
