Explorer crashes when viewing folders with Limewire downloads When I open a folder with limewire downloads (movies) explorer sometimes crashes. This also happens when I open that folder in the file menu of Windows Media Player. I've tried moving some of the files to other folders, and then opening those folders cause explorer to crash as well.... So it seems to me that the problem has something to do with the files, not the folder. Maybe Limewire is corrupting files as they download and can't detect the problem. All the movies will play, but explorer crashes half the time when I'm trying to open them. Does anyone else have this problem? Maybe it's related - sometimes when I download movies they end up being 0KB even though it's been slowly downloading them and showing progress... Solutions I've already tried: BIOS Hard drive self test (pass), CheckDisk full test (pass), Zonealarm Pro spyware test (a couple of cookies removed), Lavasoft Adaware spyware test (a couple of cookies removed). Any ideas? Feel free to respond directly to my e-mail - [email]*** Thanks Edited to comply with the House Rules. Do not divulge anyone's personal information in the forum, not even your own.
