:imwaiting: I paid to upgrade but I did not get a chance to enter any email address and you dont offer sales support because you dont recognize my email address? So what am I supposed to do? or i get support or i want my money back

And as a feedback, this is not normal, maybe you should have a department set up for these kind of issues.

How much did you pay? Was it from limewire.com or somewhere else? If you find out it was not as much as it hold have been, then see the thread link suggested & also see get your $$$ BACK!!! (music members).
