 Paid but email not entered so no support access??  I paid to upgrade but I did not get a chance to enter any email address and you dont offer sales support because you dont recognize my email address? So what am I supposed to do? or i get support or i want my money back Paid Mastercard on 16/10/2006 LWL*LIME WIRE LLC ********* Please look into this asap thanks And as a feedback, this is not normal, maybe you should have a department set up for these kind of issues.
