LimeWire Crashes

I have had a problem with limewire starting up, i start limewire and it almost completes starting up (Gets to Loading User Interface) and then just crashes.

I then try Run As/Curent user and gets to the same area i get these 2 measges a split second before the startup window closes.#1 "Limewire was unable to write a necisarry file because you do not have the nesisary permisions, your preferneces may not be maintained next time you start limewire. limewire may behave in unexpected ways."

My preferneces are not blocking it so i dont know what the problem is. and then this message right after it before they all close in 8 seconds from startup....

#2 "Your saved folder is not valid it may have been deleted, you may not have permisions to write to it, or there may be another problem. please shoose a different folder":yikes: i had not used limewire for at least a week previously so i do not understand how this could happen.

I have also have uninstalled limewire (using 4.12.6) three different times and updated the java as well. also every time i start up limewire by Run As/Curent User i get a random .TMP file in my Shared folder. and also have this folder in my Imcomplete (.LimeWireIconFinder) any help would be great
