Default TO ALL Limewire DEVELOPERS AND PEOPLE WHO WANT TO GET RID OF SPYWARE!!!

Why does Limewire doesn't work after I deleted cydoors ad spyware??? Just to let you know I KNOW THAT CYDOORS AD DLLS ARE cd_clint.dll and cd_htm.dll whicg are located in the C:\windows\system32 directory! How come Limewire automatically closes after I delete the dlls??? I just wanted to let you know that PUTTING SPYWARE IN SOFTWARE IS NOT A GOOD MARKETING STRATEGY! SPYWARE SUCKS! I just Lavasofts Ad-aware to remove the spyware! (Lavasoft Adaware software can detect and DELETE spyware! So IS THE v1.9 version of limewire for Windows have spyware??? If it does I'm dumping Limewire. You people do know that putting spyware in software is a privacy problem right??? SO GET RID OF THE SPYWARE IN LIMEWIRE Limewire Java Develpers!!!
(And for the other spyware in limewire, just don't install it!

Exclamation open source

If you will take a few minutes and look into other posts, you will notice that limewire is open source, which means all you need is a java compiler and you can take that part out if you don't like it. I've also seen some versions of limewire with the ad's already removed from them mentioned in some posts this week. Also, if you will read some messages from the devs you will find that the program displaying adds in limewire is not spyware, even though AdAware tells you it is. My sugestion would be to learn a little bit of java and take out the ad part or find an ad free version if you still want to use the limewire interface. If anyone has a link to ad-free versions of limewire, it would be helpful if you could post them here.

Yes, the new beta version of Limewire is without spyware so I just downloaded that and Yes You can use a java decompiler to edit the java and remove the ads but a Limewire developer just told me there is no cydoor spyware in the new version of limewire so I'm happy!!!

Thumbs down Right, Will

Will is right. I am consumer, not developer. If I use such a prog I want to install and run it. It´s ok that I can choose to install spyware or not, but they could tell me that it does not work without installing them....
So, now I know what will not be supported.. There are enough other good working progs that work without spyware. --> i.e. edonkey2000

Default

LimeWire 2.0 works fine without Cydoor dlls. It just switches to using LimeWire internal ads.
