Dear Dim Bulbs,
We know that we should have to take our shoes off and bow down to the "forum gods" for their infinite wisdom, and sarcasm. The part that you just do not seem to understand, is that we actually DO NOT want to have to deal with you, like AT ALL!!
We would actually prefer to deal with the other pinheads, at Slimewire, the people whom we actually paid our "ONE TIME FEE" to.
We would like an actual email address and a phone number, to resolve issues, like double billing, or other "BUSINESS" or operation issues, without having to deal with volunteers and amateurs, with their greater than thou attitude.
If this was Microsoft, or any other company that you pay money to, do you think there is a forum there? No, you actually get to talk to a person who is "employed" by the company, not some overbearing "moonie" incapable of actually getting anything resolved.
If your forum was a fan based, little club of wierdo's, well that would be fine, but to be defaulted to here, and have to try to BUSINESS, with you louts, is staggering in it's incompetence.
Please, if you need to be really clear on this, have an adult read this to you s-l-o-w-l-y, very s-l-o-w-ly!

Ummmm...does it say you pay every six months? Does it say we promise "ZERO" customer support? Does it say we have to deal with a forum and not actual customer support?

What do you think Get PRO for a single payment of only $18.88 actually implies?

Slimewire, should be class actioned out of it's fraudulent existence, Do let us know where you will be commadeering next so we will know where to come to for comic relief. Maybe you can start a forum for the rick astley fan club, it would be a nice fit.

Why does Slimewire NOT want to have customer support? Oh sorry, if I buy Slimewire again, and again, and again, I will have customer support.
ONE TIME FEE means ONE TIME FEE you freaking crackhead!
Imagine having to buy Windows xp every six months, or any and every piece of software you have EVER purchased. The ONLY reason I bothered to purchase Slimewire was to respect the company, and be a part of their future.
IF someone had told me about the dog and pony show that people HAVE to deal with to be a part of this future, Slimewire would be residing in the "where are they now file" in Spades.
Ummm..what is the URL for your rick astley site? How much is it to join, and how often does one pay?
Have a safe and pleasant journy to your "other" job, and please go easy when you are salting the french fries ok.

If you bought MS Office 98 & later wanted MS Office 2001, then you'd need to repurchase/upgrade. MS support for such products afaik is only for a stated period of time. Same as most software products. So I'm not sure what planet you step off from.

It's now almost 12 months of crap we've been getting from you & we've had enough dip sh*t. As I suggested in a previous thread, if you don't like it then scram. Go to Bearshare pro or something.
