![]() Over the past month or I've sent LW Pro customer service, through their site, three e-mails and I have never received an answer to any of them. I am a paid PRO member and use LW PRO. I give them the same e-mail address that I used when I signed up. Any ideas? |

![]() Did you buy Pro from www.limewire.com ? Also, did you purchase less than 6 months ago? When you buy Pro, you have updates & email support for 6 months...after 6 months your email address won't be in the database & so it won't be recognised. If you didn't buy from the official site, likewise your email address won't be recognised ![]() What was the problem - payment issue, trouble using LW etc?? ![]() Thanks. I did buy from www.limewire.com but it might have been more than 6 months ago. My system kept crashing...I went back to Jave 1.4 and things seem better now. |
