as soon as i open Limewire. my computer goes crazy. at first it freezes n then the screen goes blank then appears again but i cant use anything. then after a few seconds the screen comes up with computer shutting down and then it restarts.

i need help. i uninstalled Limewire n installed it again but it does not work still.

wat should i do any suggestions?

Try doing the first fix in the link WW left you again only this time uninstall LimeWire also Then reboot and install Java First then LimeWire using the offline installers of both.

Do you have a nVidia graphics card? It may be a Forceware driver problem.
I have the same issue.

New HP computer, nVidia 7300LE graphics card with pre-installed Forceware drivers.
