Finding and deleting the "Complete" directory I have been using Limewire for a while. I share my files only in the C:\Documents and Settings\Administrador\Shared directory. All of a sudden there was a C:\Documents and Settings\Administrador\Complete directory in the Tools>Options>Sharing box without me doing it. I immediately deleted it from there. Then I ran my AV software, Spybot and Ad-aware and they found some worms in that directory. I went to deleted the files and directory using the file explorer and the directory does not appear there... even with "display hidden" enabled... Two questions: 1) How can I delete the files and directory... there are a lot of files in there... 2) How could this happened? Thanks a lot in advance for your help... |

Sounds like a virus, do you know what type of files are in the directory ?? Have a look at this sticky, does anything in there look like your problem ?? WARNING: Viruses on network you should be aware of! Try one of the online Virus scans and see what that picks up... If not try one of the help sites in point 5.... Let us know how you get on...
