Installshield error 1621 (signature of instmsia.exe failed)

Hi,

I just tried to install Limewire 2.0.2 and got an InstallShield error "1621: Failed to verify signature of file instmsia.exe". I had the same issue with LimeWire 1.8c. OS is Win98SE with IE removed (using 98 light). How can I get LimeWire to run w/o having to install MS Internet Exploder? Is there a file which only installs runtimes that come with IE?
