Question about programs

Do's any one no witch program to use.I am looking for a program that will convert Bigger files like 800 Mb's on to a CD that use's only 700mb or 80min.Do's Any one no. Yes/No Please let me no.

You could pack it to an RAR format then burn it. But if you compress it, it will not auto start.

Is there any other way than that.if there is not any other way than can u tell me what to use and how to use it.I can under stande things very good and able to use it quickly.And where to find this RAR program.
