Exclamation I need Guidance!

Yeah I just scanned my pc 4 viruses and stuff by using trendmicro housecall thngy but its still saying preparing cuz it already scanned but now Im just waiting for them things 2 get deleted

It would help if you re-wrote you problem in "plain english" so that the majority of people that visit this forum understand what you are talking about. It would also help to give some details about the PC you are using.

-_- ok whatever I will. well I have Windows XP the PC's LG and theres a lot of infected coockies like 48 then theres malware and some grayware and I think Adware. BUt it froze my PC is messed up what can I do, when I scan it using Windows Live Care it frozes with the scan not completed so I still have those infected cookies and such. Does any1 know where can I scan well and hopefully it won't freeze.

Somehow your latest post makes more sense than your first one.

You should try to perform an online virus scan by going to the Symantec (Norton) website, here is the URL:

http://security.symantec.com/sscv6/d...d=ie&venid=sym

Just press the yellow "Go" button when it appears and follow the instructions from there.

umm my PC doesnt have any virus but it has lots of infected cookies and I think it has malware, spyware, grayware dont know which it is but maube I should try that scan again hopefully it wont freeze

Download and Adaware SE and Spybot, they will get rid of your spyware cookies, etc.

It might also help if you defragmentented your hard disk afterwards, there is a Disk Defragmenter in XP, you get to by All Programs >> Accessories >> System Tools >> Disk Defragmenter.

This should help your PC overall.
