If you had trouble deleting the preferences folder, check point 3 below. Also point 2 if you've used much older versions of LW in the past - you could have a folder in both locations. Make sure that LW's properly closed before you delete the prefs & also make sure to show hidden files & folders to ba able to see the folder within Application Data
Fixes for LimeWire

You'll know if you've successfully deleted that folder...all your settings within options will have changed. You'll have to go back through afterwards & reset things to the way you like them.
