What can I do to help LIMEWIRE? So, I am pretty new to the LIMEWIRE community, but I am trying to learn as fast as I can.
I would like to be a good member and help in any way I can to make LIMEWIRE better. And no, I do not work for them. So, lay it all out, what can I do to make the system work better?
Before you answer I want to lay out a list of...
1. I don't want to leave my computer on all the time, I know it's better if I do but I feel unsafe.
2. What's the easiest way to name a file, whether it was misnamed intentianally or just has a weird file name?
3. I use iTunes and I have noticed that if I try to share my iTunes library it loads a bunch of folders with files that have strange names. I cannot imagine that these are something that anyone can find.
Also, I have to open each folder (and then any sub folders,) select, usually select all, to get the files from red, unshared, to black, shared. Is there any easier way to share music from iTunes?
4. who are the people who have legal concerns and legal power looking to prosecute and how can I stay under there radar?
5. What is the chance of being hacked, prosecuted, infected etc.?
6. This is a weird question but, should I consider buying a mac, or getting an older one just to download stuff because of the lack of viruses on the mac platform? I can always have a PC as well and transfer stuff right?
7. And lastly, I may be way behind on this one, because I sense that there are some legal issues that have contributed to the need to DL from multiple users. How can I/we use LIMEWIRE to transfer files directly from users I/we trust? |
