Is there any way to judge and post here in the discussion board a list or rating system, which would have to be regulated by moderators and at some point, somehow, people who are close to moderators, without the tech skill (trusted members) a rating system that would show how much a member can be trusted?

I am new here so all you long time members please post your ideas and personal lists.

Bitzi is a much smaller discussion board at this time, but seems to be an important tool for all of us. I have noticed that some of the posters there are either suspect or downright A-holes. There should be some way to rate members. No?

With Bitzi I find it a reliable source...If a file that you aren't sure about is rated by only 1 person don't touch it, if it's not rated at all stay away from it...
The people who rate on Bitzi are pretty genuine, I know I am...

Also not everyone that rates files on bitzi uses Limewire..

There is!! In bitzi when you have looked up a file, YOU must take notice of who
Has Reported, repeatedly correctly, then ADD them in your bitzi space as my
interesting Bitizens, A list will build, then when only one person has reported on the file, You should know if they can be trusted.

Also you say you want to help the L/W community,
So The way everybody can HELP is simply, when you Download a file, Say Thank You!! by reporting the file as GOOD, or BAD in BITZI.

When people see you reporting Correctly, then you may be put on peoples trusted list also.

yeah I've been using that interesting bitzens thing, but I wish it had a way to categorize because I'm watching both good and bad people with it right now, but I may change that.
I want to report more files, but bitzi is down or doesn't work so often. I will eventually get more reports done though.

Bitzi was shut down for maintenance for about 12 hours, thats not a common
thing though. weekends get a bit slow, but the upgrade should improve things,
we hope.
Use Notepad, to note down Spammers names, You wont get a list in open forum
We try not to assist them. Aaron has a hostiles list that can work in the latest
L/W beta 4.13.
