I have both i tunes and limewire. I have it so my limewire tunes share on to my i tunes, but you can't move files from the limewire shared files to my playlists. Is there some way you can do this? Any help would greatly appriectiated.

That shared "LimeWire Tunes" is just a playlist, so you won't be able to add to the iTunes library etc from there. You'll need to add from your LW saved folder. In LW's library, click on Saved Files then click Explore...you'll see your saved folder. Add from there to iTunes. There's a lot more info & advice in the thread below

Once you have your saved folder open, you can drag & drop songs into iTunes library. Or, in iTunes, you can go file > add file to library, browse for your saved folder & add the files (if you hold down the shift key, you can add multiple files). Or, you can play files with iTunes as your default player & that will add them to the iTunes library. Some people can drag songs from LW's library into the iTunes library. That won't work for me for some reason, I have to add from my saved folder.

Drag & drop doesn't always work for some people either, don't ask me why.

If you look at posts #7, #8 & #9 of the thread I linked to...this is all explained (with screenshots)!

If you want to create playlists within iTunes, you'll have to add songs to the iTunes library first.

You can't create playlists from that 'Limewire Tunes' because it's a playlist itself (doesn't contain any music files as such).
