Video downloads all audio no video
 

Whenever i download videos they usually have no video just audio. Maybe 1 of 5 will work but thats about it. I saw some older threads recommending VLC to run the videos but that didnt work either. Still just audio. i would appreciate your help.

You need the appropriate codecs for your computer...

If you are using XP this pac is good...
Download XP Codec Pack 2.0.7.1 - XP Codec Pack is one of the most complete codec pack

If you are using Vista...
Vista Codec Package v4.4.5 (freeware)

Also try checking your files before downloading with Bitzi...

Try downloading & using the VLC media player (Its Free) & recommended by us here
at the limewire forums. VLC player has most all of the codec's built into the player &
plays above average quality for music & excellent quality for video files, (It plays most everything)

If you wish, VLC player can be set as the default player for your computer, to do this
In Limewire Library, highlight a file mp3, avi or whatever you wish then click on
explore, in the bottom left corner.
This will take you to the shared folder outside of Limewire, right click on a file,
choose, open with, highlight VLC player, then tick the box to always use this program
to open this type of file. Repeat this action to include all the file types you wish VLC
to be the default player.

Awsome... thanks for the link to the XP Codec page... everyone of the video files i downloaded works great.
