Cannot Connect to the Gnutella w/ PC Can connect w/ Laptop (Same network)

I cannot connect to the network through my PC. However,My laptop gets on the just fine. I do not like to use my laptop on LW. I would rather use my PC like I used. I just cannot connect with my desktop anymore. I don't know what has changed. I have tried all of fixes on the forums and none seem to work. I have all of my information below.

2. I have windows and nortons firewalls

5. Cable
6. Linksys Cable Modem BEFCMU10 / Linksys Router WRTP54G
7. I am at a house
8. I am using the latest version of Java and LW
9. Who is your ISP (Internet Service Provider)?
10. The test said my desktop passed the test
11. Yes I have a laptop that connected to the network (wireless) The desktop is hard patched to the router

Try deleting your preference folder...
Fixes for Limewire when LW isn't operating as it should

You could also try uninstalling your Java from the add/remove programs and then re-install the JRE 5.11 offline version....
