![]() Why, when I close LimeWire does it not save my settings? Even my additional shared folders are stripped away and all I have next time I log on is the main default folder. This is not good when you're evaluating the software ![]() |

![]() Hi Adam, no, I have been applying the change(s) before "OK-ing" out. I have resolved the shared directory problem - during the installation I made my existing shared folder the default and did away with the LimeWire extension for its own default shared files folder. However, settings such as the mp3 player to use, number of searches, downloads, quality etc. etc. - these changes only last until I close LimeWire. Upon rebooting the software, these settings have all reverted back to the original default ones set when installing. I really appreciate your taking the time to help me... hope we can resolve this soon... Larry |
