continuing with the flow of this board - HELP!!

top of the mornin to ya.

Just a quick question, which hopefully will result in a quick simple answer. In my Limewire library i deleted a load of files that I'd made because i didnt want to share them (thought that was how you went about doing so), i quickly saw that by deleting them directly from limewire they had also, somehow, been deleted from my main computer folders. They can't be found in the recycle bin, it pretty much looks like they've been deleted permanently. I didnt know if Limewire had its own way of deleting files or if I've made a mess up with the settings somewhere. Can anyone help me out please? Would really appreciate it because one or two of the documents were very important and I would like to get them back.
