spontaeous shutdown

Lime wire worked for me for about three weeks then all of a sudden it won't stay open, just shuts down when i try to "click"on anything. I ran the ad-aware program and I'm still having the same problem. I am running XP with 1.7gh and 128 sdram 40gig hd. I like this program and was considering the up grade to pro. Please help...thanks.

1st things first....... Right Click on My Compter..... Choose Properties............ Choose Advanced in the list...... Click on the bottom last setting button under Start up and Recovery..... After that, make sure under System Failure.... you do not have Automatically Restart checked... XP does this by default.

Make sure you are at the latest version of Limewire. I have experienced several different issues with other versions. I have downloaded the newest (free) version with XP, IE 6.0, 600 MHz, 640 MB Ram, 50 GB hard drive and I encounter zero problems with Limewire 2.2.2.
