![]() Here is the setup: I own a laptop and a PC, and flip between them often. So the majority of my data is kept on a simple windows 2000 file server tucked in a closet in my house. I have a drive setup on this server only for storing my MP3's. We will call it my y:\ and I am mapped to it. I can open Itunes and access all the mp3's just fine, I open LW and adjust my options and shared things to point at the y:\ However, I never get a library listing in LW. This is a BIG problem for me... The collection is too large to be making a copy local to the laptop and PC. I also have a question about the directory structure, I allowed Itunes to organize it, so it did so in this order: <Artist>/<album>/<filename> What directory structure is LW looking for? All in the root? Can it see into subdirectories? |

![]() Thanks for the reply... I am running LW v5, and iTunes 8, needed that to update my touch. Changed the setting that you suggested, and restarted both apps, however still no library... I am not so sure that going backwards is the answer, 'cause I am not so sure iTunes v6 supports the touch... |
