![]() looks like the customer support staff is on permament vacation here at limewire. i am glad that i was not duped into buying the pay version, considering the fact that it works as poorly as the free one and there is still no real base of customer support. it would be wise to pay more attention to people who actually pay for this service, or havn't you noticed that a lot of intetnet companies have been dive bombing into obscurity lately because of reasons smaller than their product support. |

![]() I did buy the pay version, not to get support, but to get an updated version of limewire without ads. Anyway, since when was $8.50 a lot of money to pay for a software program? I look at it as pocket change... I pay more for a meal in my dining hall here at college. Anyway, what are you complaining about, a lack of support for people who don't pay for it? Since when did people start expecting support for free products? |
