I have LimeWire 4.10.9 installed. I visited your site to see if a newer version was available. Which it, according to your website, wasn't since it says: "Current version: 4.10.9" at the top of the webpage. But checking the "Features History" I saw that there was "4.12.0 (06.12.2006)"-version but I can't seem to download it so is that one a BETA-version or something?

It's the beta version and you can d/l it by following the links to the free version d/l page. The beta d/l is listed on the right side of the basic d/l page. If you have Pro you can d/l the Pro beta from your personal d/l page.
