Default Quality "Trashcans"

What do the "trashcan" icons in the quality row in the search window mean? I have searched and searched for an answer and have come up completely stumped.

The trashcan indicates a junk file. You have to train the junk filter... if you see files that you think look ok but they're marked as junk, highlight the file & click on 'not junk'. Sounds a bit confusing? There's a lot of info here
