![]() just installed limewire, when i open it it appears to be connected but when i search for files, a window comes up say it is trying to connect, and it never does. windows xp idid the frewall instructions located on support web page. i have also tried th test that is in the support guys list #11 and it does not work for me. at the bottom right hand of lime wire window there is one green bar lit on connection status and it does show a firewall. another thing i noticed is that when i go to enter the ip address 127.0.0.1 in my firewall settings, it does not show up when i reopen it. it says laptop. |
