Some explanation required

When I want to download a file, sometimes I get the message:

"Hosts are occupied" or "Multiple files needed".

What does this mean?

And I can'tv download very quickly.

I have a broadbandconnection, bit most of the time a song is downloaded at max. 20K/sec.

It is "Multiple sources needed" instead of "Multiple files needed".
