 Problem getting limewire running Ok, so here's the problem, I download limewire, it's fine and there's absolutely nothing wrong, that until it's finished and I try and open it. I click of the shortcut, it loads for a second or two and then nothing. Is there anything I can do to make it work? Thanks.  |

| Uninstall LW and all Java versions you have. Then download the JRE offline installer from the newest Java version: http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.5.0/download.jsp Install it and then reinstall LW. If that doesn't do the trick, try to delete your " .limewire " preference folder as described here (Point #2 & 3 in Fixes for Limewire): http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...threadid=36420
