Stupid Question!!??

I want to get the updated version of basic & wanted 2 know will I lose my current downloaded files?? This is my first time trying to do this and I don't want to lose what I've already downloaded!!

No. Not unless you save your downloads into the LW program folder. If you do, then change your download location.
The default location for downloads is C:\Documents and Settings\"your account name"\Shared
