Problem: version 4.12.3

Limewire won't load. Upgraded Java to 5.0 update 7 as recommeded on Lime FAQs. Apprecaite any next steps.

Try steps 2, 3 & 5 here: Fixes for Limewire. Actually, use your add/remove control panel & remove Java. Then reinstall using the "Offline" Java installer which is about 15 MB download (step 1 above.) Sometimes installing Java online causes corrupted installations. Same applies to LW sometimes. So perhaps reinstall LW using the "Offline" version also. ;)

Step 1 seemed to do the trick...no audio yet but that's a problem for another day...your help is greatly appreciated.
